Chris Alascio is a licensed Real Estate Professional with over 10 years of experience assisting buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals and dreams. He is a genuine person who truly cares about others and will treat you like family. Chris is an East Coast native who is now happy to call Sonoma County home. Chris is a graduate of San Jose State University in San Jose, CA and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

Chris was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland where he worked as a Real Estate Professional with Long and Foster Companies from 2004 – 2012. Chris successfully sold homes in Baltimore City as well as the greater Baltimore Metropolitan area where he achieved Presidents Club and Corporate Relocation Specialist awards. Chris was a trusted Real Estate Professional who built and retained an extensive referral-based clientele and developed strong relationships with local businesses and community associations. During this time, Chris purchased and renovated his first home located in Baltimore’s historic Canton waterfront neighborhood which was originally built in 1920.

In his previous career, Chris worked in operations and sales management in the International Logistics industry. His sales experience helped him to enhance his skills in being a good personal communicator who possesses effective oral and written communication skills. Chris has mastered the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Chris is highly professional with strong analytic, research, and problem-solving abilities. Chris learned to multitask and thrived in a fast-paced environment, and together these skills allow him to excel in his real estate career.

Chris had the opportunity to leave Maryland in 2012 and has since then lived in Miami, Florida as well as Modesto, Dublin, and San Francisco, California. Chris is now settled permanently in beautiful Sonoma County. He is incredibly grateful to live in wine country which has so much to offer, including: many outdoor activities (kayaking, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and scenic hiking trails to name a few), the charming Sonoma Coast, many award-winning restaurants (including Michelin starred restaurants), and world class wineries. All this while also only being only a hop and a skip away from all that San Francisco has to offer as a major world city. He also enjoys the temperate climate which can be enjoyed year-round.

In his free time, Chris enjoys spending it with family and friends and going on long dog walks or going to local dog parks. You may also find Chris in the kitchen whipping up Italian, Mediterranean, German, French, Thai, or South Asian cuisines. He also greatly enjoys preparing a wide range of seafood dishes. Chris finds cooking to be his creative outlet and he often likes to experiment with recipes from regions around the world.
